We of course follow all the authorities' advice and recommendations. Lately, there have been new bids at regular intervals and we are always ready to update times, number of guests and information on what applies.
Of course, none of our employees go to the hotel with the slightest sign of cold symptoms and we urge our guests to be equally careful. Hence our almost non-existent cancellation policy continues to make it easy for our guests to dare to plan a stay. See more detailed information below.
HOTEL & RESTAURANT
From 24 December, the restaurant closes at 20.30, as alcohol may not be sold after 20.00 and the Alcohol Act requires that the restaurant is emptied of guests 30 minutes after the alcohol sales cease.
This means that all our packages are controlled at different times for spa or dinner times, as congestion is the heaviest factor. All our hotel packages are "refurnished" so all guests have time to eat and drink before 20.00, after that there is a good range of room service and our spa will be open until 24.00 without alcohol sales.
If you have a booking, you will receive information in the event of any changes.
We set the table according to all regulations and parties of more than 4 people are divided into several tables.
Breakfast is served at the table instead of at the buffet. We also book your breakfast time. We also arrange breakfast in the room if you wish, pre-book at check-in.
SPA & TREATMENTS
The spa is open 07.00: 20.30-20.35: 24.00 and XNUMX: XNUMX-XNUMX: XNUMX.
Our pools are chlorinated and do not involve an increased risk of possible spread of infection. We encourage all our overnight guests to shower and change in the hotel room. We are not currently performing any facials.
Just like hotel and restaurant guests, we see that you stay at home if you feel bad. We also ask you to come and change to the passports.
Our workouts are adapted so that it is easy to keep your distance and from 10 January we limit the number in the large gym to 15 people.
The water gym has a break because the pandemic has worsened lately. You who have a regular card just need to get in touch and we will extend it. We will get started as soon as everything brightens.
When doing outdoor training, bring gloves, although we will work with as few tools as possible, gloves are a good protection.
OUR OWN DOCTOR
We have regular contact with our own doctor who works at the intensive care unit in Helsingborg. He continuously monitors the situation and gives us frequent recommendations.

During the current pandemic, our hotel room bookings can be re-booked & canceled until 12 noon the day before arrival.
This applies to hotel packages or only room bookings. However, not if you choose the "not if / cancelable" option or when subscribing.
