We also make use of our fantastic surroundings if the weather allows us- the beach, the sea and the fields are perfect for outdoor training.
You can book single classes, 10 time cards or buy month / half / full year card.
Individual classes 120: -, 10 cards 990: – (training only).
Monthly card 775: – Half-year card 2900: -, Full-year card 5000: (The card is personal and you have free access to all our fitness classes and our spa area Monday-Thursday)
Cancellation no later than 4 hours before the class begins, call, email us or go to our website.
We sometimes have queing, so we appreciate very much that you will hear from you on time.

Focus on the stomach, buttocks and thighs. Improve sore backs with strong stomachs. We focus on isolating the muscles and only work to strengthen the muscles in the stomach, buttocks and thighs.

Strength from top to toe is this year’s new-come in our training program. It is a workout where you work with your own weight to build up and strengthen all the muscles of the body.

We offer an exciting & thoughtful range of workouts, inspirational retreats and training events to suit everyone. Sara C. Kennedy
Sara works as yoga, pilates and water aerobic teacher at Hotell Mossbylund. She has also worked as a dancer, dance teacher and aerobic instructor and is an actor.
Saras yoga journey
“A friend of mine practiced yoga in Malmö and brought me there. Because I’m an” old “dancer, I like to try out different types of training and like to challenge myself so I was easily convinced. Before I even tried the class, I bought a 10 classes card, my friend had said that it was the best she had ever tried. The first class was pest and pain for me. I felt so bad, felt dizzy and felt I just wanted to run out of scouts … thought I’d die. Well, because I had bought a 10 classes card, I would of course have currency for my money, despite my awful experience, so I continued. Initially, the yoga for me was more an physical exercise form, but lately, it has become more mental. More a lifestyle. Of course, I wanted to know more and became a teacher “See you on the mat;)

Susanna Kristersson
Susanna has a 200-hour “yoga for life” education, a one year education with hathayoga, vinyasa, meditation, pranayama plus 50 h ishta yinyoga, from Ulrica Norberg.
She teach yoga and as an instructor in water aerobics.
“Yoga makes me feel stronger and more focused in my everyday life, which also makes me curious and I see details. I want to convey to my students and show that you are stronger than you think.

Alexander Nilsson
Alexander works as a certified diet and training consultant and is educated by one of Sweden’s most best training and health education programs called The Academy.
“With years of experience in training, diet and health, I live to inspire, develop and share with my knowledge. I also compete in a fitness genre called Men’s Physique. With passion for classes like MRL, TRX & Strength From top to toe, I focus on strengthening the body and optimizing your performance & energy in everyday life “
